What is the shelf life of WuChi Products?

The shelf life for all WuChi by Maks natural skincare products is 24 months unopened. Once the product is opened, we recommend it be used within 4 months, as all products are made with fresh, natural herbs, botanicals and extract. Always follow product recommended storage guidelines.

Do you use Parabens?

Parabens are not used in any WuChi by Maks products. We only use a safe natural tested alternative in some of our products to prevent bacteria and prolong shelf life. We also use Rosemary Antioxidant extract or Grapefruit Seed extract and plant based Vitamin E, to prolong the shelf life of our oil based products.

How do I know which products are suitable for my skin type?

We offer bespoke service and are happy to discuss your skincare needs and offer advice and assistance on the most suitable products for you from our extensive range.

Are your products laboratory tested?

At WuChi by Maks all of ourproducts are tested and approved according to EU cosmetics standards and legislation. They are NOT tested on animals.

To regain lost moisture, nourishment, and repair use Neroli Dry skin cream suitable for dry, very dry, chapped or flaky skin and rediscover healthy beautiful skin naturally.

My skin is dehydrated and mature and I could do with a body lotion to regain elasticity, What do you recommend?

Use Frankincence & Avocado Moisture Lotion with benefits of Omega 3, 6 & 9 and Vitamins A, D & E, oils of frankincense & Avocado with essential fatty acids (EFA's) to help improve the skin elasticity and regain a more youthful look.

I have had a long day, I feel tired and stressed and I could do with a relaxing massage, What do you recommend?

Use Relaxing Body oil to relief tensed muscles, aches & pains. Contains cold pressed nourishing oils for your skin plus oils of Lavender & Chamomile will help to aid blissful sleep

I have Eczema which sometimes makes my skin dry and itchy, what do you recommend?

Use Apricot Active Cream (Eczema Cream), to help relief and soothe the area. Made specially for people suffering with Eczema prone skin. Sutable for both children and adults.

The Rose Rejuvenating Day Cream & Rose Face Oil has been designed using ingredients that are carefully researched and then selected that will help relive, calm, sooth, and balance sensitive skin.

How do I conduct a patch test?

A patch test involves applying a small amount of the intended product to the inside skin of your wrist area to see if you experience any sensation.

How do I store WuChi by Maks Skincare range?

Because we only use the finest and highest quality pure plant based natural & Organic ingredients, and all our products are hand made by us in small batches to ensure potency, quality and freshness.

To help maintain the freshness and get the most out of your product, we recommend the following:

Products should be stored away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool environment
Use clean finger tips to apply products from jars or use a spatula to minimise the introduction of bacteria and avoid contamination.
Always replace cap after use. keep jars clean and water out at all times
