This terms and conditions is served by WuChi by Maks under the website; www.wuchi.co.uk. The purpose of this is to explain to you how we run our business. Please read it and understand how it affects you and what you should be aware of.
The price payable for our skincare products is set out on our website. You are required to pay extra for your postage and packaging and you may be subject to import tax if it applies to your destination.
We process payment through PayPal or Goggle pay. After you select your product and place your order, you will be directed to a secure server where your credit details will be processed. We use SSL secure encrypted technology to ensure your payments are processed securely. We do not hold any of your payment/card details on our server.
Delivery of Goods
We will deliver the good ordered by you to the address you have provided during your order process. Delivery will be made within 3 working days and in any event within 7 days of your order.
Carriage & Shipping
We charge postage & packaging for delivery of your order at the standard rate via Royal Mail or as stated on our website, we sometimes run promotions for free delivery depending on the amount of the order and if it qualifies for the promotion. We reserve the right to change and or amend our prices.
We appreciate your custom. We want you to be happy with your order from WuChi by Maks. We understand skin types are naturally different and some products may not work for everyone.
If within 48 hours of receiving your order, you are not satisfied for any reason, return the unused product to us and you will be refunded. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept all returns or cancellations from everyone. We will not accept opened or contaminated products, because our products are handmade and hand poured in small batches, once an order has been placed, that order is processed quickly and shipped out within 3 - 5 working days.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any time purchased on this website per our terms and conditions within 7days of delivery of goods.

For some reason beyond our control, if you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, you must notify us in writing of the issue within 30days of the date on which you ordered the goods.If you notify us on time, of your issue in accordance with our terms and conditions we will deal with/resolve/refund/ your issues.Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any of your rights as a consumer under the applicable local law that may nor in any way exclude or limit our liability to you from negligence.
This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between us.
